Property Quality Controller
As a Property Quality Controller, you are making sure that the quality and state of our 35+ properties are at their best. You are on the move a lot and your role is very important for the guest experience at our properties.
Maintenance worker
LisBeyond is looking for a reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic maintenance worker! As a maintenance worker, you are self-secure and able to assist with all the maintenance issues that appear in our 35+ properties in Lisbon and surroundings.
Financial Manager - Lisbon
As our Financial Manager, you will join our property management team and help us maintain accurate financial records, process transactions efficiently, and improve our workflows with a mission to provide high-quality properties and services to our clients.
Relationship Manager - Lisbon
As our Relationship Manager, you ensure further development and maintain strong relationships with our property owners, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that needs are met and that properties reach the goals set out. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth, managing our quality and revenue management teams, and report to our Head of Property Management.
Senior Revenue Manager - Lisbon
As a Senior Revenue Manager at LisBeyond, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams across our entire property portfolio of 175+ properties. The (growing) portfolio covers short-term and mid-term rentals throughout various destinations in Portugal, each with unique market dynamics and its own sets of challenges and opportunities.
Operations Intern - Lisbon
As our Operations Intern, you ensure that the quality and state of Lisbeyond’s properties are at their best, provide excellent customer service in the guest communication, and making sure to maintain communication with the LisBeyond team to have a good understanding of each property and work progress.
Greeter - Area of Lisbon
As a Greeter, you are the first person our guests meet at the property. You would need to greet the guests with a warm welcome into the property. Explain to them briefly regarding the property, tips & recommendation, contact information, guidelines, etc. You will also work closely with our Property Management team of Lisbon.
Greeter - The Algarve
As a Greeter, you are the first person our guests meet at the property. You would need to greet the guests with a warm welcome into the property. Explain to them briefly regarding the property, tips & recommendation, contact information, guidelines, etc. You will also work closely with our Property Management team of The Algarve.
Greeter - Porto
As a Greeter, you are the first person our guests meet at the property. You would need to greet the guests with a warm welcome into the property. Explain to them briefly regarding the property, tips & recommendation, contact information, guidelines, etc. You will also work closely with our Property Management team of Porto.
