Led by Atelier Renata Machado Santos and LisBeyond Constructions, the renovation touched every corner — a fresh colour palette to flood the space with light, new window framing for both aesthetics and efficiency, and fully upgraded electrical and plumbing systems beneath it all. Modern equipment, seamless room flow, and a carefully considered layout came together to create something that feels as good as it looks.
