This project involved the complete renovation of a 115-square-meter villa in Alcabideche. Completed in 8 months and self-designed, the renovation transformed the property into a Spacious and Modern Villa, turning it from a T2 to a T3 apartment.
The renovation team added a new bedroom and a modern ensuite bathroom, significantly improving the villa’s functionality. The kitchen received a complete overhaul, featuring the latest appliances and a design that emphasizes both style and convenience.

Additionally, the team carefully restored the villa’s original wooden floors, maintaining their charm and ensuring longevity and epainted the entire property to refresh its look, giving it a clean and vibrant appearance. This restoration highlighted the beauty of the natural wood, contributing to the villa’s warm and inviting atmosphere.
To enhance the villa’s safety and aesthetics, the team installed new wooden guardrails. These guardrails provide security and add a stylish element to the villa’s design.
