Every month you will receive an overview of all the bookings of your property of the previous month. In this way, you can easily keep track of the performance of your property.

Collection of Tourist Taxes and Payments
We collect the tourist taxes and payments for the bookings for you. Every month you will receive the revenue made from your property on your bank account.
SEF registrations
We make sure all the passport details for SEF are gathered from the guests staying at your property, and these are submitted in time to the authorities.

We manage the price setting of your property on all the various platforms. We use a professional pricing software tool for this, making sure prices automatically are updated with fluctuations in the market. Next to this, we have our revenue management team checking up on the performance of your property on a daily basis.

“I really enjoyed staying at Lapa Suites – location is great, not too touristic, but still interesting and safe, very cozy, there are good cafes and restaurants, there is the touristic tram 28 stop not far from the apartment.
