With over 50 m², this Lapa Terrace project Lapa took just two weeks to complete.
Lisbeyond Construções transformed this Lapa Terrace, enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Collaborating with RR Design de Interiores, the team focused on refining every detail to create a refreshed outdoor space.
The renovation included the removal of the existing outdoor shower and sealing of the piping, as well as dismantling a wooden panel and restoring the area. The team installed a new outdoor lighting system with LED projectors.
To enhance the landscape, the team carried out complete maintenance of the green areas, removing the old lawn trimming shrubs, clearing the soil, and eliminating invasive plants. The project also included the careful removal and replanting of a Strelitzia, preserving the terrace’s natural beauty.
Lisbeyond Construções planted a variety of plants to bring greenery and color to the garden. This was complemented by fertilized soil, anti-weed fabric, and a decorative layer of pine bark mulch. At last, the team restored and varnished outdoor furniture, including chairs, a table base, and a storage unit.
