Job Description

As our Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the seamless, day-to-day operations of Lisbeyond’s properties. You’ll ensure that each property meets our high standards and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest. Your main responsibilities include:

Responsibilities & tasks you will take care of:

Manage guest communications, addressing inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly to deliver a positive and responsive experience;
Greet guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome;
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement;
Manage and check stock levels of property amenities, coordinating restocking as needed;
Coordinate housekeeping schedules and services;
Organize files and update paperwork as needed;
Maintain and update the Property Management System (PMS).

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
Fluency in English;
Strong team-working skills and enjoyment of collaborative work;
Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Position Details:

Contract Type: Full-time.

Start Date: Immediate start preferred.

Location: Based in our office in Cais do Sodré, centrally located in Lisbon.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus meal allowance.
